an unmanned self driving vehicle ( usdv )

it will be a 4 wheeled high speed device that can maneuver through traffic at high speed and catch up to the speed violator's vehicle

it can verify and pursue a vehicle by identifying the tag number or by detecting a laser beam on the target

an officer will be pointing the laser on the car

once the usdv catches the speeder it latches to the car and removes or destroys the tag

that way the speeder is going to get caught
